Random Thoughts - Humans

Ever wondered - What is our purpose on this planet? Our solar system consists of lot of planets. We are yet to discover if its 8,9,13 or more. The only thing that has journeyed beyond the planets and continues to do so is the man-made probe - voyager. There are innumerable solar systems and galaxies in the universe. Much like the Milky Way. We're not even sure how this system functions. We are beyond microscopic microorganisms living on one of these habitable planets.

How on 'Earth' is that possible that we are the only habitable planet? Because we are in the right perfect condition to exist. The air we breathe is a work of pure magic. Consider a second without oxygen. Scary. Right?

In contrast to the rest of the planets, we are beyond nanoscopic. As humans, aka social animals or beings, consciousness (or ego, as humans call it) is greater than that of any other animal. However, with these came
Power, dominance, greed, and so on. Even the so-called "seven deadly sins."

Strip these attributes of a human and everyone is just equal. We all are just cookies 😆. Some not baked properly, some over baked, and some are tough. That's all there is to it. However, because humans are goal-oriented beings, many tend to look outwards. Our perspective shifted to materialistic, other countries, pop culture, celebs, neighbors, and whatnot. Instead, shouldn't we all be looking inwards? Everyone is different and unique.

So it's up to us to probably see how we value our lives - like a diamond or like a worthless piece of paper with clauses. The work that we are doing maybe our passion or may not be (some do it for others or some do it for their livelihood) rest is all a temporary setup. Like how we are on earth as visitors. It's just temporary. Live it to its fullest. We are citizens of this earth and we have to pay rent for living here. Irony? But, It is what it is.

All of us are afraid - hence compromising for everything. Sometimes to be a people's person, to save a face. Some countries are a result of that. Let's look at a simple example - of where do we get the drinking water from? If we end up looking at some of the sources of how a drinking water reaches us(in certain countries). Probably we all might not drink water ever again. Everything in the system is just like that. No process. No ethics. No values. All of us are responsible for compromising. Closing our eyes when corruption happens. The larger ones have more power than the smaller ones. Hence control. It's just as simple as that.

All of us on this earth are part of that framework. A form of architecture that governs the world from the stock market to trading goods. It has evolved from multiple forms of systems like barter to a money-based system to cashless. All of us are governed by that. We depend on the needs of a country. It's a flow. A government that has control over everything. Things are sometimes more organized by the people of great leadership. But, if that quotient is missing the entire nation will crumble. Domino effect. This also depends on the advisors around that person. Conditioned and trained well - Great output or else doomsday. But there is this competition, diplomats, autocrats, and bureaucrats. It's a constant push for who does the best.

Imagine, finishing up all the resources that earth had taken millions of years to develop. Most of the biggest disasters were man-made disasters alone. Think about it. Wars, Atom bombs, Plastics, Nuclear, Terrorism, Depleting Resources, Deforestation, Endangering species... etc. to what not. The Climate change that we face today is real.

We are the most dangerous species on this planet. Until we get things right or figure out ourselves. Saving this world for our future generations is a big question that one must seriously think about and address.
